The challenge
Discord communities run on a patchwork of bots — one for tickets, one for moderation, one for giveaways, one for roles — each with its own commands, its own dashboard and its own way of breaking. Server owners wanted one tool they could trust with all of it, and support that doesn't depend on staff being online.

Our approach
Apollar is one product with two faces. Wakkie built the bot that lives in the server; we built everything around it — the dashboard where every feature is configured, the API behind it, the status site and the blog. Every feature is a plugin you can switch on from the dashboard. The flagship is Smart AI Ticketing — an AI helpdesk that answers members instantly, learns from what admins teach it, and hands over the moment staff claim a ticket, with public transcripts on apollar.com. Around it: anti-nuke protection that stops a compromised staff account mid-attack, rate-limit-safe mass role tools with a live progress bar, giveaways with public entrant pages, member insights, automod with a honeypot channel for raiders, and multi-language panels.

The outcome
Apollar runs on 250+ active servers and processes more than 10,000 interactions a day at 99.9% uptime, with Free, Monthly and Yearly plans billed through Stripe and a 7-day premium trial. Communities like Nijmegen Roleplay, Eindhoven Combat and Shardz run their servers on it.

Syntax sorcerer.
